Product Description:
The FORTIS is a high-performance IP65, IK10-rated anti-ligature luminaire, built for safety-critical environments requiring durability, impact resistance, and tamper-proof security. Manufactured in the UK, it features a 1.2mm aluminium body and an impact-modified polycarbonate diffuser for exceptional strength, longevity, and even light distribution.
Designed for high-security applications, the FORTIS is TP(a) rated, tested to 850°C glow-wire standards, and secured with tamper-resistant screws. A neoprene gasket ensures a reliable IP65 seal, protecting against dust and moisture ingress.
Ideal for mental health units, hospitals, care homes, prisons, police stations, public restrooms, subways, car parks, stairwells, special needs schools, industrial sites, and outdoor public spaces, the FORTIS delivers secure, long-lasting illumination in the most demanding environments.
