V341 WIRELESS SWITCH – This Casambi Ready Battery-Free Wireless Wall Switch is a maintenance-free, wireless control solution that seamlessly integrates with Casambi systems. Available as a single or double rocker, this switch utilizes Bluetooth technology to wirelessly control all types of basicDIM Wireless devices. With its simple and intuitive design, users can easily create scenes, dim up, or dim down lights to their desired settings.
The user interface incorporates an electro-dynamic energy transducer, which is activated by the rocker movement (battery-free). When a rocker is pressed down or released, electrical energy is generated, triggering the transmission of a set of BLE advertising frames that indicate the rocker’s status (pushed or released).
The receiver can calculate the duration of a “long” or “short” rocker press based on the time between pushing and releasing the rocker. This user interface enables both switching and dimming control.
