Project Win - The Old War Office

Flick Lighting fittings will be installed for the redevelopment of the Old War Office Building, a Grade II* listed building in Whitehall, London SW1.

The building is being converted into a luxury Raffles Hotel and private residences to the designs of EPR Architects comprising 125 guest rooms and 85 apartments. A collection of nine restaurants and bars, an spa, a swimming pool, and a garden will also be included.

The building was originally buildt in 1906, on the site of the original Palace of Whitehall, home to Henry VIII and many other monarchs. The OWO was also used as Winston Churchill’s HQ during WWII and has been featured in multiple James Bond movies.

It is an honour to work on a project which includes such a great historial building in Britain. We cannot wait to see the results.
